Greg (he/him) provides individual therapy for adolescents and adults, as well as couples and family therapy

He supports clients through relationship challenges and life transitions. His work has focused on helping people with trauma, including people from BIPOC and military and veteran communities. 

Greg is EMDR-trained and has completed the Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy Externship and Emotionally Focused Family Therapy training (Level 1 and 2). Greg has his Master's Degree in Social Work and a Bachelors in Human Development and Family Studies. He has been a licensed therapist since 2019 and has worked in community mental health since 2011. 

Prior to working as a therapist, Greg explored other career paths including humanitarian aid work and advocacy. Greg has also served in the US Army Reserves since 2008, and is currently a Captain and Behavioral Health Officer. 

Greg grew up in the Midwest with parents who immigrated from Taiwan. As a first generation American born, he understands the strengths and challenges of living between two cultures. 

Greg moved to the beautiful state of Colorado in 2011. He is married and together they are raising a wild kindergartner.
